HDE Dual Wii Remote Charging Station with Battery Packs Review

HDE Dual Wii Remote Charging Station with Battery Packs
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This charging station does come in handy, however there is NOT a wall plug with this model. It plugs directly into the Wii. Therefore the Wii must be turned on to charge the controllers. The 2 color setup is nice. RED meaning batteries need charged and BLUE when they are charged. I would recommend to those needing a charging system to buy one that plugs into a wall outlet. I also feel that the actual charge of the battery should last a liitle longer.

No additional charger is needed to recharge the battery. Just plug it into station. Blue Light indicating the battery is fully charged. Battery?s built-in cover replaces the original remote control cover. Package include: Two rechargable batteries Pack, One dual Docking Station for Wii Remote, One USB Adapter for docking station. Replace your Nintendo Wii remote controller battery with this rechargeable battery kit. Now, you will never run out of battery power. Simply recharge controller by resting the remote into the station. When blue light shed, you know it is ready for the next round!

Wii Play Review

Wii Play
Average Reviews:

Basically, this game is a more polished version of various Wii demos.
The games are somewhat fun---though they will probably be more fun for kids than for adults. But, the games themselves aren't exactly classics, just little things to pass the time.
As party games---in 2 player modes---the games are a bit more fun, but Wii Play isn't a superb party game.
If you need an extra controller, the Wii Play with Remote is a good buy. If you want to add a new game for you Wii, this won't be incredibly entertaining, though it will be cute.

NEW For WII REMOTE DUAL CHARGING CHARGER DOCK STATION Review

NEW For WII REMOTE DUAL CHARGING CHARGER DOCK STATION
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Truly a plug and charge device although you have to remove the wii remote plastic cover I did not have to remove the wrist straps to charge them. Only problem i guess there is, is that there are no instructions or at least none in my package except for a plastic label on the back of the batteries but, other than that none. so im not really sure who to call or contact if down the line I have troubleshooting problems. but so far so good.
It comes with a power cord USB type that plugs in the back of your wii its short though so you will have to set it up close to your console. When charging or powered rather the lights will glow blue when fully charged. The batteries will still charge when the wii is on yellow light standby but if the wii is shut down completely to the red light the charging dock will shut of as well. These were some things I had to figure out my self being that there was no instruction manual.
All in all it works great batteries last long and looks cool when charging. Don't know what the long term will bring but for now its perfect. I recommend this product for wii owners. Its cost efficient and does what its supposed too. a really good buy.

I have had this product for about two months now and it works fine. I have had no issues other than the fact that you have to buy a usb charger to charge it from the wall. Overall good product.

HDE Dual Wii Remote Charging Station with Battery Packs Review

HDE Dual Wii Remote Charging Station with Battery Packs
Average Reviews:

Like most of you at first, I was thrilled to get a charging station for such a good price. Unfortunately, now I know why. I charged the batteries fully for over 12 hours (as required) out of the box, and initially I got about a week's worth of play from each remote. However since then, the battery life has been awful. More often than not, when I pick up a remote to play I find it's dead... even after fully charging it a few days prior. When there IS enough power to play, it only lasts for a few hours.
I would strongly recommend spending the extra money and getting a quality, name-band charger. I most certainly will as soon as I get around to replacing this P.O.S.

Wii For Dummies, New Edition (For Dummies (Computers)) Review

Wii For Dummies, New Edition (For Dummies (Computers))
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Mention the title "Wii for Dummies" to the general game playing populous and you might receive a chuckle. "Wii for Dummies? The Wii is already the most simple thing on the planet!" they might say. But Kyle Orland's book is not for this demographic. It is targeted toward the other group that Nintendo has been trying to woo: people who have haven't ever owned a video game system (or at least not in a while). For these people the Wii is not the intuitive piece of hardware Nintendo claims. It's a complex piece of technology that requires hardware and software setup, has deep system preferences menus, has features that don't explain what they do, and has an array of games that vary in quality. Wii for Dummies covers all these bases.
The Nintendo Wii is easy to learn, but learning implies a teacher. Wii for Dummies is aimed directly at those people who want a Wii but have no one to teach them. It explains (with accompanying photos!) how to set up the hardware on a TV and how to navigate the system's software. It explains the intricacies of creating Miis, how to use the various Channels, how to buy games on the Virtual Console, tips on browsing the web, and even a nice history of the Nintendo company.
Wii Sports and Wii Fit are also covered in great details in Wii for Dummies, two of the games that are the main draw for the non-game buying market. Kyle Orland also makes recommendations on games for different groups: the non-gamer, partis, and families. These mini reviews not only explain a bit about the game but make recommendations on who the game both is and isn't intended for (though some of the reason are tenuous). Between these recommendations and the Virtual Console recommendations, the new Wii owner is bound to find something to make their investment worthwhile.
If you haven't played games in a long time (or ever) and need a teacher, Wii for Dummies is a well written and well organized guide that's sure to answer all your questions.
