(More customer reviews)I read this book 2 or 3 times the first week after I received it. After being in a slump for several weeks, the book seemed to get me back on track. It inabled me to learn more about my particular style in conjunction with where I should stand and throw. The mathmatical approach has benefitted my game a great deal. In addition, the description of the 8 typical lane conditions and how to adjust to them is invaluable. The main thing I learned, the fun is in the journey. Concentrate on execution and the scores will come. Where before, I was worried more about getting strikes. Also, the information on tracking lanes helped me focus more on me than what the lanes were doing. If you can't execute and hit your marks, then the scores will not come. It helped me become honest with myself and to practice better execution. It's not the lanes, it's the attitude and adjustment abilities. Over the last two weeks, I've averaged right at 225. My league average before the book is right at 200 and now I'm making a run to improve. The first week I shot 608. The second week I shot 737. It is definately worth buying if you are serious about pushing your game to another level
