(More customer reviews)I fell in love with this bag when I first saw it (saw a women with it). I searched all over for it and finally found one.
It was beautiful when I first got and then.... not so much. The problem is it's suede. It gets dirty easily and there is NO way to clean it. It was filthy the first day I used it and the dirt is very obvious. I went to the Coach store and they said there is nothing recommended to clean it. I basically got the "it's dirty and there is nothing you can do about it" response.
If it could be cleaned and/or there wasn't any suede on it then I would give it 5-stars because it is so beautiful. If you think you can keep it clean then go for it. If you are going to use it shopping, dining, etc. be careful because this bag is not inexpensive.
