(More customer reviews)There are some very good suggestions for intermediate bowlers in this book. It is really a series of articles somewhat well strung together into a book on improving your game.
I haven't missed a 10 or 7 pin leave since I read this book and implemented the suggestions. That had added up to 12 pins from just that one frame!
If you bowl 150-185, read the book. You are leaving open frames and this book can help.
