(More customer reviews)This book contains some valuable information, however some information is dated (it hasn't been revised since publication). Out of the fifty-one pages, half are cartoon-type illustrations and some pages contain only a few sentences. It fails to touch on some major points such as the relay-service and tty answering machines. This book might a good investment for a company that has to train people to use a tty on a regular basis. Even then it is a bit tedious shuffling through the pages for an amount of knowledge that could be contained on a sheet of looseleaf.
