(More customer reviews)I use this bag as a purse/diaper bag. I realize that it not the purpose of the bag, but I'm just giving my personal perspective. I bought this bag because I love the print a thought the style was cute. Immediately I knew the handles were too short. I don't know if this bag is intended to be worn at the elbow, but it is not easy to get up and onto your shoulder. Maybe if I was a stick figure woman it would easily slip onto my shoulder, but that is not the case. I don't carry a laptop in my purse so I put a changing pad in that portion of the bag and keep other miscellaneous items in there. There isn't a good pocket on the outside of the bag where I can easily stick my phone, keys, and wallet. This bag is adorable, but just not right for me. Unfortunately I spent a lot of money on it, so I'm stuck with it for now. But in the future I know what to avoid!
