Vertigo Review

When we first tried to install this game on a relatively new, 64 bit Windows 7 computer, our Norton Internet Security quarantined the exe file and tagged it "Suspicious.cloud.2". We thought we had bought a virus infected game. We contacted the seller (Knight Discounts) to complain. They responded promptly and said they had not come across this issue with anyone else. After a bit of research, it turns out that the game tries to install a driver to protect the game from being copied, but that driver is incompatible with Windows 7 (apparently works fine on XP). Windows disabled the driver, so that even when we tried to remove the exe file from Norton's quarantine, the game still wouldn't start. We uninstalled the game and decided to reboot the computer. When it restarted, we received a Windows message regarding the incompatible driver and an offer to search the web for a compatible one, which we accepted. It found the correct driver, which we installed. Next time we went to install the game, we had no issues. The game works great on a Windows 7 machine and my 6 yr old son thinks it's great. The seller was very good about the whole experience even though I thought it was their fault (which it wasn't). We would definitely buy from them again.
