You have to fill the pins and balls with water or sand to make them heavier which is not a huge deal but it probably took me 45 minutes to an hour to get this done because the holes are so small and the included funnel is way too small. The black spots you see on top of the pins are the stoppers to keep the water or sand in and the same thing is on the balls too. Seems like it will work good for the pins but the stoppers do not fit in the ball tightly and water leaks out. I attempted to stop the balls from leaking by stopping the leak with hot glue from a hot glue gun. Not sure how long that will last. The caddy is junk. It's flimsy plastic and was already broken when I received the product and I don't even understand how it would work anyway. It looks as if it's just a convenient way to ship the item. I hate buying junk, I know it's just a toy but I prefer to spend money on things that will last not just crap that is going to provide some fun for a short period of time and then end up in the landfill. I do NOT RECOMMEND this toy!
