Yakuza 2 Review

Yakuza 2

When Sega's Yakuza for the PS2 finally came stateside a while back, it offered up a decently entertaining brawler at best that just didn't do too much to seperate itself from the rest of the pack. Yakuza 2 thankfully, and surprisingly, improves on much of what the first game offered in terms of gameplay, graphics, and story; and is a pretty satisfying brawler that will keep you entertained for some time. Playing once again as Kazuma, you traverse through a nicely detailed Japan, and are still looking to put an end to your days with the mob. The game looks solid for a late-in-life PS2 game, offering up some nicely detailed characters and environments, while gameplay-wise the moments of brawling are easy enough to pick up and get into, and other elements bear more in common with the gameplay of the classic Shenmue. There's a lot of secrets and extras to find and uncover as well, and as a whole, Yakuza 2 will keep you busy for a while at the very least. The game's story is also nicely crafted, and offers up some memorable moments and characters. The only real flaws with Yakuza 2 is that there isn't too much here you haven't seen done before, and while for a PS2 game it looks great, there are some noticeable graphical hiccups. Flaws aside however, Yakuza 2 is a surprisingly good improvement on the first game that ends up being an enjoyable and even more surprisingly immersive experience that PS2 owners should definitely check out.

Dragon Ball Z: Taiketsu Review

Dragon Ball Z: Taiketsu

Keep in mind that I am a fan of the show and own 4 sagas, but this game was awful. Combos are unrealisticaly hard hard, like one is down, down, right, right, left, left, down, down, right, right, left, left, punch, punch (something like that anyway). Also, you only power up when do an attack. The game is short and repetitive. The unlocking characters are dull because there all pretty much the same anyway. I would seriosly advise the legacy of goku over this pice of junk.

Slippers are beautifully made, down to the smallest detail. Colors are great. Even the box is good-looking! Resembles slippers that cost twice the price. I bought two pairs.

Slide into this warm sherpa mule for instant foot-pleasing comfort. Corduroy outers feature a foldover collar and a soft sherpa lining. The open back style makes them easy to slip on, and the indoor/outdoor sole lets you keep them on while you dash outside to grab the morning paper.

He tells you the numbers you are up against to book the job. Decina tells the actor to "free yourself by removing expectations" of booking the job. He also gives insight on how to excel in the audition room with his step-by-step auditioning technique.
This book gives great advice for actors of all levels. Decina gives advice beyond the audition process, by helping actors set realistic goals for their career. He talks about how to map a career. I think this book has given me an edge. It has allowed me to feel more in control and confident in the audition room. I know what to expect now. I think this is a great read for anyone that is trying to start a career in tv or film.

Disney / Pixar CARS Movie Toy EXCLUSIVE Mack Truck Playset with Die Cast Lightning McQueen Review

Disney / Pixar CARS Movie Toy EXCLUSIVE Mack Truck Playset with Die Cast Lightning McQueen
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
If your kids love CARS they will love this Mack set. We received this as a present for my then 2 1/2 year old more than a year ago, for Christmas). He and his older brother adored it. Mack is a perfect place to put your Lightning McQueen. He can be driven in it both when the trailer is closed, and when it is open. When it is open, McQueen can drive onto his "bed" and watch his big T.V., go through a mini carwash, brush his teeth, get fluid from his refrigerator, or go on his lift. You can also load a second car into Mack as long as it is small, which makes for great fun according to my boys. If you have small children, a lot of the little parts will come off and get broken or lost (the foam roller for the car wash, and other bits of the carwash, the door to the fridge, the ramp into Mack, the stickers for Mack's eyes etc.), but you will still be able to play with the set as a whole.
A lot of other semi trucks have weak connectors which will break, but Mack is built to be little boy tough in this department, and has held up despite being thrown, stepped on, and used as a substitute for a drum.
This set has been through more than a year of abuse by three small boys and the semi still closes and snaps onto Mack just fine, and it is still played with on an almost daily basis. This set is loved by my 5 1/2-year-old, my 3 1/2-year-old, and my 1 1/2-year-old and whenever they manage to completely destroy it (which is still probably years off), I hope they are still making them so I can buy another one.
We liked this set so much we gave it as a gift and it was very well received by that little boy as well. Just make sure that you either get a set that includes Lightning, or buy a separate Lightning to go with it, because it needs Lightning and another car just won't do.

This product looks great but the mirrors are so bad that the design is very fuzzy and you are unable to focus the image. The music box part is fine.
